I will make it easy for you to understand, what Bush team is doing Lead at 1 mile -- declare victory Lead at 2 mile -- declare victory Lead at 5 mile -- declare victory .... .... Lead at 8 mile by photofinish -- declare another victory Refree declares a victory at 9th mile -- declare and dance with joy on the perceived victory .... Wait for 10th mile. I concede defeat of Al Gore at the end of game, if he loses.
