"Gore won by 9 votes" - If these are the aides that have been advising him, no wonder he lost. My 9 year old daughter can see the fallacy of this statement. The Gore PR campaign will be horrendous the next day or so, to sell the people that if we have counted 4 times, a 5th time will not hurt, or a 6th or whatever it takes until the numbers flow his way.
