Aranlee Resources Ltd Wed 28 May 97 Miscellaneous The VSE has been advised that the company has entered into a loan agreement dated February 3 1997 with Dragon Management International Services USA Inc (beneficially owned by Anthony J. Williams and Barry D. Rayment). Dragon Management has agreed to provide the loan facility to the company in the total principal amount of up to US$500,000 at an interest rate of prime plus 3% per year up to September 30 1997.
