I assume most would drop it also in that event. This is outrageously costly litigation, and most of the laws they were said to violate were federal anyway. BWTFDIK, I'm not an attorney....

Nonetheless, MSFT is still overvalued. I think we'll see "soft" PC demand in the Christmas season (just ask GTW or (d)Hell). Therefore an attractive short somewhere in here....
