Unfortunately, the news is not all good, or at least to me the message is mixed. Of course I am happy to see profitability, and good prospects looking forward.

However, the following passage from the press release gives me pause:

"While the company has achieved profitable operations, we continue to seek additional debt and equity financing to fulfill our capital needs. Such financing remains necessary for the company and will allow us to capitalize on the tremendous opportunities that are available to us with our expansive portfolio of popular children's characters. The company has not met a number of our advance payments with our licensors. We have, however, reached verbal understandings with our licensors for revised payment schedules, which coincide more closely with the company's anticipated product launch schedule and which we anticipate being able to meet."
