Where the company HO is and where the primary jurisdiction in terms of corporate taxes filed is what determines whether the company is canadian or not.. Generally, if the company shows a canadian address for H.O. that is all you need.. Whether the shares trade on canadian exchange or not is totally immaterial..

How about PMCS? HQed in Burnaby, BC, but not eligible for Canadian content in RRSP.
