Such things are in the realm of Congress, not the Prez

You're right of course, and I hope they start by making all
voting booths uniform, and then have the states teach the people how to use them. BEFORE the election naturally.

The most important thing after that would be to put people of both parties, maybe I should say all parties, in the polling places as watch dogs to make sure the booths are working properly, and the votes are showing up correctly.

That may not be the end all solution, but it is a start.
