Voltaire,

This is not meant as criticism but only as reflection and circumspection. Nasdaq 4000 by the end of this year seems like a highly unlikely event in the market this year. The Nasdaq is in a bear market and corporate earnings are decelerating. Corporate junk bonds are crashing (suggesting the possibility of a recession looms around the corner).
