I think it is a common error in thinking that PMCS is canadian because of their Vancouver presence and of course we do want to think them as canadian because of their success but here is the reason why they are not eligible.. This is from their web site... Is PMC-Sierra a Canadian company? No. PMC-Sierra is a U.S. company which is incorporated under the laws of the state of Delaware I don't know whether they show Vancouver address as H.O.. On yahoo profile, they do show a california address..
