Mr Brad Hope reports:

Firelight Corp. is pleased to announce that Eric Friesen has joined the
company as marketing manager effective immediately. Mr. Friesen's career
spans some 25 years of marketing management and sales experience, a skill
set that will be of particular value to Firelight. He also has an extensive
golf background including an involvement with amateur golf from the age of
13, and being past president of the 108 Mile Golf Club in the interior of
BC.

Firelight is currently in the midst of negotiating numerous marketing
agreements at various stages of completion relating to their new line of
Butch Harmon instructional golf products. Mr. Friesen has assumed the
responsibility of finalizing these contracts which will then be released as
they are concluded. He is also pursuing further media exposure in order to
enhance public awareness of these products.
