In fact LU did break the quad top.. I sold at $70 when the chart started to weaken and made a nice gain. LU failed to meet earnings, fed raised rates multiple times and the environment changed. I would point out that none of the folks on this thread made any mention of those posts then. Hindsight is 20/20...what makes a good investor is when one knows when the environment has changed and to take action based upon on those changes. You can condemn me for taking a position if you like... but at least I have done so... more than I can say for a lot of people.

The fact of the matter is that bambs has failed to provide the entire picture of those posts.... More pointedly.. anyone that tries to draw analogies between LU - who is self destructing internally and others in the sector simply misses the point of analyzing a market segment.
