Umm, I think I am aware of the requirements for amending the Constitution. While I don't care for Bush all that much, I am tickled by his election to the Presidency, he is about as hamstrung as they come now.

And now you are going to try to deny that the 'Pubs weren't complaining about the Electoral College when it looked as if Bush was going to win the popular vote and lose on the EC vote? How convenient selective memory can be...
