Somehow, sometime soon, options need to be priced into this run. Could it be that TD's persistence might have a link to the new 9,000,000 options? (or as otherwise suggested a PP at favourable pricing). I have a tough time accepting that a fund manager or institutional owner would see this as a selling op. by itself. Group decision or not, someone will get a good kick if this news isn't factored into this deliberate selling activity.
