the Republicans sent out tens of thousands of unsolicited
absentee ballot applications. They also altered them without the knowledge of the
voters.

It's beyond me why that is so difficult for you to understand.

What's beyond CB and me to understand is why you don't understand that sending somebody a form so THEY can request an absentee ballot is NOT the same thing as requesting an absentee ballot on their behalf.

And modifying an APPLICATION for an absentee ballot which was signed by the voter is NOT the same thing as altering an actual absentee ballot or requesting the ballot.

Your inability to understand what the law actually says and admit it is what's frustrating.

As CB says, don't quit your day job. You have no future in the law.
