Yup, it could be a good traders entry point. But as for strength.....well.....hmmmmmm.....I haven't seen any real strength out of this equity in some time. Buyers are demoralized, so you could be forgiven for thinking this one's firmly in the hands of those selling. Yet selling isn't exactly what you'd call over-the-top in enthusiasm, either. Basically it appears the buyers are sitting on their hands awaiting a bottom signal. And the sellers are ever so cautiously looking for that signal, too, although that bid/ask ratio continuous to signal a sell side bias. Even so, it's normal to get cautious when the "winning perspective" has reached the point of diminishing returns. Sooner or later you reach an inflection point. But where that ultimate turning point is, is anyone's guess. And barring extremes of....uh...."managed" behavior that's the operative word, guess. ;-) Meanwhile, as long as the market holds to current reactive trends I'll look for another pop in the first 30 minutes of open tomorrow to ka-ching my profits. Now watch....you know what they say...once you're firmly convinced of a pattern..... ;-) John~
