As a footnote, Florida's horror show probably means that virtually every voting precinct in America is going to be
subjected to a national effort to clean up voter fraud, inefficiency and abuse. Guess which party is least likely to
benefit from that reform.

I would say the Democrats would benefit the most from those reforms. It was the Democrats who got hurt by the punch ballots. Get rid of punch ballots and undercounting and it is the Democrats who benefit the most.
