Craig, thanks for sharing the exchange. The double whammy of tax selling and general malaise in the telecom capex spending has hit all telecom equipment providers hard, including CLRN. In the long run, VOIP will win out, and I think CLRN has good market share. At these prices, they have to be viewed as a takeover candidate, but I don't anticipate anything happening in the short run until the market environment for telcos stabalizes. good luck with your investment. thxs.cm
