It should be noted that there is an 'alien' board for outside investing in which a premium is always in effect, so the spread is a function of the market, and current US prices seem to mirror rather closely the prices on the US market. I personally decided on the Korean Equity Fund (KEF) for my latest Asian investment, as the Korean market is near a 52 wk high, this fund has barely bounced off its lows and didn't bounce nearly as much as the higher profice Korea Fund (KF). Siam Cement's earnings helped drive the market down today
