Real quickly: The main legal argument for Bush's case before the USSC is that rules were changed after the election. The rules were that up to 4 counties could be hand recounted if requested within 72 hours AND completed within one week. The FLSC changed the second rule AFTER the election. Get it? Predicition: The U.S. Supreme Court will overturn the FL S.C. because THEY CHANGED THE RULES after the election. You would have to have an inordinate amount of time on your hands to outline all of Gore's cases in court right now. I'll pass on that half of the question other than to say he is a weasel that will never stop in his quest of the presidency.
