If the Bush campaign had not put up every roadblock they could to stop the manual recounts, they would have all been done by now....including Miami-Dade.

In my opinion the turning point in this recount was when Miami-Dade stopped their recount, ostensibly because they didn't have enough time to do it.

I think the Dems have no room to complain since it was the partisan Florida Supreme Court that set the deadline.

When your own team sets the rules and you lose you don't have a whole lot of room to complain. Was this a tragic error on the part of Gore's attorneys who gave testimony on when the count should be finished?

The Miami-Dade fumble was the biggest botch job in the history of elections, IMO.
