The Florida Legislature has scheduled a special session for December 11 as a backstop against the Florida Electors being tied up by the courts the day before the Electoral College meets...The Florida Legislature will take its Constitutional prerogative to vote its own Electors rather than allow Florida to somehow not be represented. No Federal Court would hold that the Florida Legislature does not have this right. Good move boys!
