Gore wants to win... just like Bush. Gore moved to have re-counts in counties that were likely to produce votes for Gore... that is true. He also suggested that Bush petition for re-counts in counties that might produce votes for Bush. Rather than persuing that approach Bush instead has done everything in his power to keep the re-counts from proceeding. If Bush wanted to re-count all the other counties he could have done so... instead he doesn't want to find out what the voters voted for... because he is already in the lead.
