I certainly agree with you that non-citizens shouldn't be allowed to vote. I doubt many do. How would you prevent it - national ID card?

Do felons really lose the right to vote for life? Is this true in all states? And what makes one a felon - I guess committing a felony - but what is the definition of a felony? Being a lawyer, I assume you know.
