Chris, Well, I don't have the data from the other counties.. perhaps you do. I don't know how many votes from other counties (not being recounted) were tossed. That said, he suggested that Bush agree to have those states re-counted as well. I believe there is a 72 hour window in which to request a hand count.... so my guess is Bush would have fought a unilateral decision for a state-wide recount too. He has fought everything else.... and why not. He's in the lead! I personally would like the court to set rules for what is an acceptable vote and to do a state wide recount using this criteria. Of course the parties could have got together and done that at the begining but well... that would have been the adult thing to do. No wonder politicians are looked down on. It's not about what's right - it's about who wins. OG
