CNN conveniently had microphone trouble and cut away from the FL election contest hearing when Bush's attorney, Richards, started speaking about how Florida law doesn't allow what Boies is asking for. That seems to happen a lot with CNN. Oh, well, the Florida judiciary doesn't seem to have much regard for "the rule of law," except when that term is invoked by Gore/Daley/Boies.
