he did respond in a private message to me...said he would look into it and thanked me for not replying and creating a thread war. Probably give a warning, i guess....better then nothing.

in the future I won't engage in the personal attack war they always try to bait me into. I will just forward their attacks to si bob. clearly they have been wrong all year and will continue to be proven wrong by the market.

Here's a list of some of the phoenix's posts....

1. Sept 6 -> Started a position in Lu last week, double in 6-12 months"
[Note range was 40.3125 - 44.75 in this period]

2. Sept 7 -> Screamin' buy at $39, better chance of $50 than $30

3. Oct 10 -> Bought at $35/33
[Possible briefly during Sept 20-Sept 22]

4. Oct 11 -> Added @ 30, but stop loss at $29.. thank goodness

5. Oct 12 -> We are now LTBH

6. Oct 27 -> Most of my shares < $20
[Despite LU having 0 trades less than $20 since 1997!]

Clearly the market is proving these perma bulls wrong.

P.S. Phoenix has called LU a long term buy at $50 and a screaming buy at $39. The guy never posts that he is selling. LONG TERM BUY. now under $20...will be single digits with in a year..I think. NT and CSCO will be smashed too.
