Apparently the attorney who filed the suit thought also that the law had been broken. I do not think my conclusion/opinion is wrong. IF it turns out that I am wrong, then I will be wrong. I would like to see what the court rules.

I appreciate, I think <G>, your other comments. However, please do not make the mistake that many do, which is to automatically label someone who voted for the Democratic candidate as a liberal. Personally, I look at each issue individually for its own merit and each candidate individually for his/her merit. I usually vote a split ticket, by the way. Also, there is a certain Republican congressman from my state whom I always vote for because he is the rare individual who is honest and does a lot of good for his constituency, regardless of party affiliation. If McCain had been the Republican Party candidate for President, I would have seriously considered voting for him. As for Bush, I do not think he is dumb but I simply do not think he has the degree of sharpness it takes to be a good President. He is also too isolationist for my taste. Enough rambling... Just please do not assume that you can pigeonhole or stereotype someone so easily - you may not be correct. I just feel very strongly, in this particular election, that the Bush side put things into motion both prior to and following this election to grab the election and thwart an honest vote in the state of Florida.
