Earlier this summer, TSIG.com merged with privately held General Search.com, a Chicago-based, family-friendly search engine. In the SEC filing, the company said General Search owes $2.7 million on a loan that is due Dec. 31. TSIG.com said it doesn't have the money to pay the loan. whats the deal here about this??? found it in this post from news article ragingbull.altavista.com
