Why bother? I guess for two reasons. One, as a lawyer I have an ethical obligation to do pro bono work, and I count trying to educate people in the law as pro bono work, so it's my duty. Second, if she gets to spew this stuff without challenge some people on the thread less astute than you or who have recently arrived here might actually believe there's something in it. The price of truth is eternal vigilance in combatting falsehood. That said, yes, I'm pretty tired of her unwillingness or inability to actually read and understand the law she keeps posting. But she hasn't posted back for a while, so maybe she's either given up (unlikely) or actually has come to realize she was wrong all along (even more unlikely, but not impossible).
