The argument is that Gore called for a recount of only select counties. If Bush felt threatened that he would lose if these recounts were completed then he should have asked to recount other counties that might have been pro-Bush. That is the issue. Your argument is that if you win a poker hand - no matter how flawed the deal it's still a win. I don't buy it.
