My point was is that the Republicans were given a choice and they turned it down.

Imagine a different scenario. I offer you the Brooklyn Bridge. You decline.

This is exactly the same as FL Supreme Court offering a statewide recount with Republican lawyers declining.

The reason these scenarios are the same is that I don't have a power to give you the Brooklyn Bridge, and FL Supreme court doesn't have the power (based on FL law) to offer a statewide recount. What other side says as in their response in either scenario, it is irrelevant.

You would be right to inquire about my mental state if I offered you the Brooklyn Bridge. It is also a valid question if FL Supreme Court is anything other than Mickey Mouse operation.
