No, all votes cast for Gore should be counted within reason. I have a problem with determining a voters intent - especially when the determining is done by partisan counters. Gore and his campaign are trying to extend the latitude, even more than it is already, that counters have for determining that intent.

Also, shouldn't all absentee votes for Bush be counted? Not according to Gore.
