There are good reasons that Wimp Jr. waived his right to publicly announce a hand recount in any counties.

1) His dad forbid him and said he would take care of it.
2) It was because they decided to take the approach to attempt to make Gore look bad because he exerised his lawful right. This has turned out to be the right decision so far.
3) Another reason is that the republican counties counties didn't have the punch card system and therefore there wasn't near the error as in the counties with them.
4) They kept their cards under the table. There were hand recounts in 6 counties without it ever being announced that Wimp Jr. requested them.

There are other reasons, perhaps some of which we don't even know but I hope these are enough to convince you to stop posting that same message as if it had some revelence to the situation.

>>>>when I mention the well recognized fact that hand-counting only Gore's territory offers a geographical bias in his favor(94% agree), and point out that results to be determined by this method as Gore proposes would not be a fair count, and re-affirm that no states laws have EVER intended to allow candidates to engage in, let alone win by, attaining such advantages, I get only silence,<<<<
