You do know that Judge Terry Lewis upheld her position, and he is a dem. In your opinion is he a) an idiot, b) a traitor, c) a well respected judge who made a sound decision. I'll take c for the answer and I'll wait for the USSC to correct the scarily liberal FLSC. I also like Judge Charles Burton, btw. And he is a dem. A reasonable dem, which makes him rare imo. The dems loved him until they found out he wouldn't cast a dimpled vote that he was not relatively sure was for Gore. Then they sued him. Their lawyers are positive that he (and his 2 democratic counterparts) cannot make a sound judgement on this issue. He looked capable to me. What a joke Gore is making out of this process and our country.
