A big tax cut will NEVER get through a 50/50 or 51/49 Senate. Which is too bad, because 1) a tax cut would be the right fiscal policy if you believe, as I do, that we are headed into a recession and 2) I want some of my money back <g>.

If you want to restrain spending growth (cutting spending is not gonna happen under either guy) you're better off with Bush.
