US prez elections are not conducive to Contest Stage nowhere nearly sufficient time to conduct a real challenge how does a plaintiff depose a vote counting machine? how does he conduct discovery of 450,000 ballots? should the court examine the statistical efficaciousness of a ballot? how does the court view the voting process imperfections? what if the plaintiff chooses to subpoena a few counties of voters? can evidence of fraud be brought to the court? the media said Gore won before Panhandle polls closed, to what effect? should the court allow morons to vote twice? should the court allow feeble to vote not at all despite efforts? how does the court squeeze it all in a 5-week period? an interviewed lawyer claimed the Contest would take 2 months minimum court procedures stress propriety, NOT expedition !!! Gore ate up two weeks by contesting prior to the Contest Period the media is eroding Gore support / Jim
