No, but that makes no difference. Gore needs to take a look at the US Constitution and then take a look at the results of the THREE vote counts in Florida. He then needs to give it up. Period.

I hear this from a variety of sources and I think they are all clueless. Obviously Gore would do whatever he is going to do whether there was a pending US SC case, or not. As a matter of fact, I think Gore would be more bold in his actions if this US SC case wasn't out there. Bush has absolutely no choice but to leave the case in the US SC schedule in order to put an end to Gore's actions once and for all Friday.
