It seems to me Bush is trying to take the presidency by depriving voters from having their votes counted, much like he initially tried to deprive voters of networkwide televised debates which would have achieved maximum coverage.

Back then, Bush only wanted limited coverage for the debates. He hasn't changed a bit. Today, in Florida, Bush only wants limited votes to counted, i.e., non-Gore votes.

During the debate over the debates, Bush originally only wanted NBC and CNN station-only debates and one networkwide debate, rather than have all three debates covered simultaneously by all networks.

Ultimately, Bush was forced to agree to three networkwide debates. And ultimately, once all of Florida's votes finally get counted, Bush will have to agree that Gore got more votes!

If somehow Bush sneaks into the office, he'll go down in history as the most un-American president ever, one who didn't want all votes counted.
