Perhaps you could clarify something for me.
You keep stating that the recounts would have been completed in time but for the obstructions, apparently placed in the path by Republicans.

I am unaware of any injunction or other court order stopping the recounts. I am also under the impression that the counting continued even after Harris initially drew the line at the 7th day per her interpretation of the statute.

In other words, I believe the counting continued regardless of what legal manuevers were being utilized.

If you're speaking of Miami/Dade's decision to stop counting after the FSC extended the deadline, it would seem that the court did the so-called "obstructing". If you've read the actual opinion, you'd see that the court attempted to strike a balance between what it perceived as conflicting statutes and selected a date that would allow time for the contest in advance of December 12.

Please advise as to what you mean...
