Approximately 2% of voters nationwide choose to not make any vote for president while voting for other choices on their ballot. PBC/ Broward, Miami/Dade had a similar % of no votes. These are what many Democrats are pointing to as votes not yet counted once. Misleading spin IMO. Ö¿Ö
