In the case of the "shall" and "may" law their decision was in no way something that could be overturned by them (IMO). I think that them sticking their noses in where it doesn't belong by going to the US supreme court with Bush is a mistake. They may just make some enemies on the big court especially if they allow Fasano to speak. If they are smart they will hire an outside lawyer instead of trying to talk for themselves.
