John, I am showing no trades on T&S below 20 until 11/21. The bid went there but no trades took place. On 10/26 at 14:35 there was a bad quote but no trade! The lowest trade was EXACTLY 20. That data is from S&P Comstock and another data source so I it did not happen as stated. FWIW. Monty
