That said, yes, I'm pretty tired of her unwillingness or inability to actually read and understand the law she keeps posting. IF you read along, you saw that it was reposted ONLY because Cobalt kept asking me about it. Your characterization of "spew" is inappropriate and contrived. You and she think I am wrong in my interpretation. That is, of course, entirely possible but I do not think that I am. The court apparently thinks the case has merit also. IF I am wrong then I am wrong. However, I will wait to see how the court rules.
