However, the fall of USRX and COMS was not due in whole to the merger, but in fact a fall in the whole networking sector. COMS would have fallen without the USRX merger. Unfortuneately USRX got dragged down with it due to the stock swap ratio....I don't see these same similarities in the CUC-HFS merger here.
