Dave,

In response to a couple of your points:

1. The democrats sent out a 5 page document describing all of the hyper-technical reasons why a military vote could be disqualified. Do you disagree that this happened?

I saw the document as it was portrayed in the Drudge Report. It amounted to about a page and a half of text. Have you have seen no more than that? If you have a copy of the 5 page document I would like to read it. The piece that I saw in the Drudge Report can not be construed to say that the Democrats were attempting in any way to do anything illegal. It was simply not to your liking. So what?

2. 40% of the military overseas absentee ballots received after Nov. 7th but before Nov. 17th were discarded. Do you disagree that this happened?
I absolutely disagree. This bald assertion of yours simply begs proof. You provide none. I provided completely verifiable information in my post and you reply with an assertion without proof.

3. The democrats came out and said that these votes should be counted if legit, but at the same time, they sent hundreds of lawyers and operatives throughout Florida and threatened and slandared (sic) their way through the county boards in a continued effort to discard the military vote.

Threatened? Slandered? You are making some strong accusations. Did Democratic lawyers, quietly asking the canvassing boards of Florida to follow the law engage in threats? Don't be silly. Did they slander anyone?

And two, the judge in Leon County had his head so far up his ass it was rediculous. (sic)

You must be from Mars, as well as needing a better spell checker. I watched the very same proceeding and Judge Smith fairly and intelligently heard the Bartlit arguments and later, graciously offered the Republicans the opportunity to withdraw a hopeless case rather than lose it and embarrass the GOP. The Republicans wisely chose to avoid the embarrassment of being shown to have filed a frivolous lawsuit. And then went out judge shopping. :)

You obviously are blind to the facts. It's pretty simple.
Uh, I present hard facts, URL links and clear analysis to match up to your undocumented, unproven allegations and bombast and you have the nerve to suggest I'm blind?

I would politely request that you not send me incendiary and pointless partisan blusterings that have no basis in truth provided. I need sources provided, I need facts to deal with. Your opinion, though I will try to respect it, is completely unpersuasive, as well as being of no use to the discussion.

Just the facts, please, David. Not your opinion wrapped in a blanket of self-righteousness. Thank you.

Best, Ray :)
