Dear Victor: I am not sure of this, but I suspect most of the mutual funds are hedging their positions now given the dramatic drop in returns they have suffered since April of 2,000. So, I am not sure those numbers are as meaningful as Ken would like us to think them to be. Just my thoughts though, not backed up by support. JDN
