A "truism" for all to remember:
When a CEO calls an investor directly at his home to tell him not to use stock certificates as wallpaper - SELL IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!
Murphy called me at home to ensure that DCTC was not worthless. However, I had not participated in the infamous "cert call" & pretty much right away put in my sell order. I sincerely hope the Murphy family does not escape unscathed (amazing the intellectual son has a job)..V
