Paul,

You seem to be ignoring the fact that the majority of the individual states took action against Microsoft, and the fact that Microsoft is doing just fine, and may in fact be cleaning up their act a little. Microsoft was a predator whose business was largely based on stealing IP from companies like Apple and Netscape.

American business did quite well under Clinton. After Bush runs up the deficit, and interest rates go back through the roof, let's revisit this issue.
