I was also fortunate to get in on the IPO in 1986. That said, I harbor great concerns with the company near term. I am VERY disappointed with the latest release of Illustrator (9.0). While I've not upgrade to Photoshop 6.0, 5.5 is inconsequential over 5.0 and , I agree that the price point on the incremental gain in productivity is not a value. Although (aside from PDF technology) I haven't worked with much of the multimedia applications, I've been unimpressed as of late. If you use InDesign in your business, I suspect that you are in the minority. While the company is very solid and their stock has moved upward lately, there's nothing coming down the pike that I see that will change my mind about a level of growth that will cause this stock to appreciably move up.
