Hi Tex,

Being in the publishing business, what is your take on the difference between what could be described as the "suspicions" that Einhorn aired, and the definitive "claim of fact" in the Barron's table of contents? I thought Einhorn was very careful in what she said and who she attributed her quotes to. The table of contents says outright that the FBI is investigating PLMD, while the article says only that Barron's "believes" this to be true based on statements made by "government officials" (not in the FBI however) none of whom actually name Polymedica.

But that's interesting to know that Einhorn has some "wins" in her portfolio. Are there others? What is her reputation in the financial press?
